I need a quick way to burn calories. Going to the gym for an hour or more is just too hard for me most days. Especially with the holiday season steadily approaching and my last minute gift buying. I have composed a list of some of the quickest ways of burning 100 calories. Here it goes!
- Jumping rope - 10 minutes
- Stationary bike - 15 minutes
- Running (6mph) - 10 minutes
- Cleaning - 35 minutes
- Brisk Walk - 20 minutes
